Ingredients of Organic Fusilli Pasta:
- 1/2 cup – Pasta (Of your choice)
- 1 – Tomato, chopped roughly
- 1 tsp – Chilli flakes
- 2 tsp – Olive oil
- A pinch – Italian Seasoning / Black Pepper
- 1/2 – Red Bell Pepper (Capsicum), medium-sized
- Cheese for garnish (mozzarella) – Grated
- 3 pods – garlic, halved
- Cheese for garnish (mozzarella) – Grated
- Salt – to taste
How To Make Fusilli Pasta?
- Take boil water and fusilli pasta with salt and a teaspoon of oil.
- Cook pasta till it is soft, yet crunchy enough to eat
- Wastewater and keep aside
- In a pan, add a bit of oil and add garlic, tomato, onion, and saute until mushy. Take off from the heat.
- Then roast the bell pepper at once on a flame until black spots appear on all sides.
- Remove the outer skin. Then grind it, together with the sauteed onion, tomato, and garlic, to a fine paste.
- Add this paste to a pan with 1/3rd cup of water and allow it to boil for 5-6 minutes.
- Add salt, chilli flakes, and Italian seasoning.
- Once the paste reaches a sauce-like consistency, add the cooked pasta and provide a quick stir without breaking the pasta.
- While serving, garnish with grated cheese and serve hot.
